That's right - she's 6 months old and eating solid food! Well, sort of solid food, anyway. She's been getting better at it lately. She realized that if she sucks her thumb right after I put a spoonful of cereal into her mouth, she can swallow it. I don't know if it was a bigger mess before or after the discovery - those first feedings are just so messy!

New trick: Sucking my thumb to swallow
Last weekend was Nora's dedication at church. They had a slideshow of all the babies being dedicated, so they asked us to send them 3 pictures of Nora and one of the whole family to put in the slideshow. That made us realize, we didn't actually have a picture with the whole family. So we took our camera to small group a couple of weeks ago and had our first family picture taken.
My parents and sisters came down for the dedication. They brought some bubbles for Abby, which were probably the highlight of the weekend as far as she was concerned.
