Mother's Day, Tree Removal, Lots of Playing

We haven't had a blog update in quite some time so I thought I'd write a short one this morning. There aren't too many exciting things going at the moment, but we have some pictures.

A few weekends ago was mother's day. Abby and I went out to Lowes and Abby picked out a variety of flowers to give to Mom. Afterwards we went to Stake'n Shake and had milkshakes. I would have thought that was the highlight for Abby, but she really, really liked the flowers. It started out, "I'm going to pick out flowers for Mom" and ended, "Let's go look at my flowers." After Mom planted all the flowers she had room for, she bought Abby a window box and Abby got to plant the rest.

We also had the big tree in our front yard removed. Turns out it's base was almost exactly 5 feet in diameter, I haven't had a chance to count the rings yet.

Nora's growing up everyday. She had her fifth month birthday last week, she can roll over in both directions and she's getting very good at grabbing things. She is still about the happiest, most content baby we've ever seen. We're very lucky, she is adorable.

Other than that there's always lots of playing going on.
